NBA INPLAY APP UX DESIGN

Client: NBA PLAYOFF

Role: UX Designer

Collaborated with product and development leads to create a user flow for a new feature on the NBA InPlay App. This flow would illustrate the AR interactions the user would experience within each screen. Also provided scenario mockup screens and design.

Influence brand perception for TRD and the TRD Pro series to off road and performance vehicle enthusiasts, and truck intenders. 

Using targeted and personalized emails, we drove traffic to a landing page that gave TRD shoppers a chance to view footage from the comfort of their desktop, tablet or mobile device in a hyper-real off-road adventure from the mountain of Chile.

In 2014 we were tasked to develop a new brand campaign for Nescafé Coffee. We wanted the campaign help tell the story behind its product. I got the opportunity to rethink the look and feel of Nescafé Coffee. 

Created a few mood boards in an effort to reinvent Nescafé's image, educate consumers, build awareness, and giving more presence to the brand. We presented 3 directions how we would tell that story. I worked on the campaign’s look and feel, and site concepts. 

Project: Integrated Pitch Campaign

In early 2014, Honda was due for a major brand overhaul so MXM threw its hat in the ring to pitch campaigns and visual ideas. I was tasked to create multiple digital and interactive experiences for Honda's HRV digital AOR work. Creative included advertising campaigns, high-level pages, several rich-media banners, mobile and social for the digital component of the 2015 Honda HRV campaign.

The goal of the site design was to become a hub of Honda’s performance, stories, and cultural happenings related to the brand. The site was designed to feel fun, innovative and informative. Unfortunately the account went to another agency, but because I was able to work on quite a few design concepts I wanted to show what will never see the light of day.

CAMERA IQ BRANDING

Client: Camera IQ 

Role: Art Director, Designer

In 2018, I was asked to design the brand identity for a new and upcoming tech company: Camera IQ. Camera IQ is the first camera experience manager. They help marketers create new worlds that customers love to explore. Camera IQ involves the world of augmented reality and filters. They create realistic branded experiences for masses. Since the company was focused on “captivating experiences” I wanted the look and feel of the company to look smart, fresh, and modern.

I was responsible for the look and feel of the company’s image, style guides, web and mobile site design, photography, and logo design.

Client: Dell Computers
Role: Designer

In 2008, Dell Computers launched a new line of laptops. Mother NYC agency consulted on the overall brand creation from the product’s packaging to the e-commerce micro-site.

I was tasked to create different design directions, which included banner ads, print campaign, and microsite. I worked on quite a few explorations and below is a sampling of some of them.

Client: Juicy Juice
Role: Art Director, Designer 

I was the lead designer on the account, which included a banner and in-store campaign. The campaign was also integrated with Crayola. The assignment was to create a new approach to an already existing packaging for Juicy Juice.

Our idea behind the brand was giving 100% through fun and playful visuals, showing how kids could explore their creative juices with Juicy Juice.

Client: MBA Seafood Watch

Worked collaboratively with UX and development leads on the design refresh of the Seafood Watch App. An amazing app to raise awareness for seafood sustainability.

Client: Nestlé’s La Lechera
Role: Art Direction, Designer

Nestle’s Le Lechera needed a campaign to help give their consumers the ability show their love and excitement of having dessert. The goal was to give the consumers a 'surprise and delight’ experience with the ability to explore and share their memories through different media outlets. The idea of “Long live dessert!” “¡Viva el Postre!” was born.

This was a really fun assignment. I worked on the campaign look and feel, site redesign and the social activation concepts. Here are a few small samples of work that I did for this campaign, some designs went live and some helped to inform other pieces.
